The Task Order form is intended to make all our lives easier by providing a reliable and consistent system for use in requesting work from us. Some advantages of the TO system:
- We will each receive a numbered copy of your request via email, to which we can refer in future discussion or correspondence.
- Task Orders are filtered by our network in such a way as to ensure they get the attention they need despite the fact that we process several hundred email notes daily.
- The form has been designed to gather the information we need to process your request.
- A budget ceiling field has been provided to ensure that we do not misunderstand the amount of money you desire to spend!
We have been using our Task Order system with great success since early 1999 to better serve you, our client.
Please be sure to include any URLs related to this task in the description area of the form. Use the "Your Reference" field to supply any special identifiers, such as your client's account name or other identifier.
